Will is a missionary kid whose early childhood was spent in Cameroon but he grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated Westminster College with a degree in philosophy.
After graduation he worked in sales for ten years until God called him into the ministry.
Will graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 1991.
He came to Peace Church in June 2005.
He and his wife, Martha, have four children.
Apart from his family, faith and the church, Will is passionate about the Steelers, tennis and racquetball.
Bill Carr - Director of Youth Ministries

Bill is a Jedburg, South Carolina native. He was called to do youth ministry in 1999 after wondering what in the world the Lord wanted him to do. He graduated from Montreat College in Montreat NC with a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Religion with a youth ministry concentration in 2006.
After graduating Bill volunteered as a Youth Director at Knightsville UMC and worked as a Youth Director at Trinity UMC for two and half years in Sumter, SC.
Bill was married to his amazing wife on May 18, 2008. After living in Sumter for two and a half years they moved back to Summerville so Bill could work at Peace Church starting in January 2010.
Bill likes being around his wife, hunting, reading, movies and a good conversation about the Lord.
Joe Swisher - Director of Music

Joe grew up in West Virginia. He developed a love of music early, playing in band and singing in chorus at school. It was Christian music that really moved him though, and his life-long passion became expressing his faith through song.
After Joe graduated with a music degree from West Virginia University, he and his wife, Carol moved to Berkeley County to teach. Joe has taught choral music locally since 1987. Joe began directing music at Peace Presbyterian in 1995.
Joe loves teaching, singing and playing the guitar, but his favorite activities involve spending time spent with his wife and three wonderful children.
David Richardson - Organist/Pianist

David is a native of Huger, South Carolina. He graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education with Voice emphasis.
After graduation, he taught in the Cross community and is now the Director of Choral Activities and Instructor of Piano at Fort Dorchester High School.
He has served many schools in the tri-county area as piano accompanist and musical director for musical productions. Currently, he accompanies the University Children’s Choir, a community children’s choir in residence at his alma mater.
Apart from his busy career in the music community, he loves to spend quality time with his family and friends. He also collects cool ink pens and conducting batons.
Julie Cornwell - Administrative Assistant

Julie is a South Carolina native born in Greenville. She attended Christian Private schools graduating from Shannon Forest Christian School.
She enjoys riding horses, reading (especially Christian mystery novels), and all things related to music.
She is married to Dean Cornwell and they are still newlyweds celebrating their 8th anniversary this year. She has two sons, Brandon & Christopher, and has lived in the area for 18 years.
Julie comes to us from the Health Field and has worked as a counselor with Alpha Pregnancy Center, allowing her to share Jesus with women in crisis. She loves people and is excited about working here at Peace Presbyterian.
Besides, Jesus, Julie's favorite Bible characters are Joseph, Ruth and Esther. Three scripture verses close to her heart are Psalm 19:14, Phil. 4:13 & Psalm 34:14.
Dawn Malcolm - Director of Londonderry School

Although she was born in Texas, Dawn was raised in San Diego, CA and was brought up in the Presbyterian Church.
After completing her undergraduate work in Psychology and Early Childhood she continued on to obtain her Masters in Theology and Biblical Counseling as well as her certification in the Montessori Education.
Dawn also taught in the San Diego public school system for two years.
After marrying her husband, David, Dawn relocated to Charleston.
Dawn's greatest blessing of all is her family, including two wonderful children.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys riding horses and reading.
